Recognized as a pioneer in Prevention Through Design, Norbert has been a leading voice in machine safety and serviceability. He has hosted numerous Sanitation Symposiums, bringing together customers, processors, consultants, and Weber staff to advance in-plant sanitation practices, including hands-on demonstrations of wet and steam cleaning. His leadership underscores Weber’s commitment to hygiene and sanitation as critical components of both food safety and product quality.
