This presentation provides employers with real-world advice regarding the use and abuse of drugs in the workplace.
Speaker Melody Rayl | Fisher & Phillips, LLP
Melody Rayl is an attorney in the Kansas City office of national labor and employment litigation firm Fisher Phillips. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation and counseling. Melody has defended employers in all types of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits in both state and federal courts. She also frequently provides management training to her business clients on a variety of employment related topics and regularly counsels businesses through difficult situations with an eye to prevent lawsuits before they occur. Prior to beginning her law practice, Melody spent 20 years in law enforcement and six years on active duty as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army.
