The role works on implementation of critical processes, programs, and procedures to achieve goals, objectives, and continuous improvement related to environment, health, and safety. The EHS Specialist must spend significant time on the plant floor, engaging and coaching employees, front-line leaders, maintenance, and contractors every day. As an integral part of the plant EHS team, the EHS Specialist will provide information and guidance for activities relating to the site-wide safety and operating objectives.

The Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) is a key contributor to the U.S. Performance and Customer COE (USPCCOE) Leadership Team. This role ensures compliance with all Federal, State and local Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations for multiple sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for eight (8) U.S. Distribution Centers located strategically within the continental United States. This role will report to the U.S. Lead, Distribution Center & Logistics Service Provider Operations with a dotted line to Global EHS.
